February Challenge Group: Reset Your Year

80% of resolutions fail by February. While reasons vary from person to person there are 4 culprits I believe have led us off track. #1 Your Goals Aren't Clear
It's not that your goals aren't attainable- in fact, we are going to dig deep and I'll be encouraging my team to set goals they believe are UN-achievable. The trick to setting goals is making sure they're detailed and so clear in your mind that you can taste them. (Do you taste the sweat yet?)

#2 It's So Freaking Overwhelming
Change is not easy. Instead of looking at what actual steps we can take day by day, we are standing at the bottom of a mountain looking up. You don't know where to start and are feeling hurried or pressured to do so.

#3 You're Feeling Discouraged
Ugh. We all know this feeling. Have you ever felt like your running on a hamster wheel and getting nowhere? Perhaps you feel are not seeing signs of progress yet. Stop lying to yourself- with my help we are going to break down that recording you have playing in your mind and evaluate routines that make you comfortable and regimented in a way your goals will be reached.

#4 You Are Not Ready To Change
No sugar coating here sister (and brothers!) You may find yourself using every excuse under the sun that will help you step away from your path. This lack of connection, motivation, and dedication doesn’t mean that your goals aren’t representative of your dreams. It may simply mean that they are not the goals that matter the most to you at this present time. (And, hey! That's ok.)

Three weeks from now you're going to have a concrete clear path of what it is YOU want to achieve. Starting off with a cleanse, a new slate, and digging into all the cheap alternatives and distractions that are clogging up your dreamscape. This group is a mixture of mental health, goal setting, and health/fitness tossed in. Join me, together we are going to take a step closer on the journey to becoming the best version of you.
